What materials do you use for your 3D prints?
We primarily use high-quality PLA and PETG filaments. PLA is great for detailed, vibrant prints with a smooth finish, while PETG offers extra durability and slight flexibility. All materials are non-toxic and suitable for desk/decor use (not food-safe unless specified). We choose eco-friendly options where possible.
How long does it take to receive my order?
All PrintDrip items are made to order—we print them fresh just for you!
Processing & printing: 2–4 business days
Shipping (US): 3–7 business days after shipment
Total estimated delivery: 5–11 business days from order date. Rush options aren't available yet, but we work fast!
Are your products customizable?
Most items are fixed designs for consistency and speed, but we love custom ideas! Contact us at printdripsupport@gmail.com with your request (e.g., color changes, size tweaks, or engraving), and we'll let you know if it's feasible and any extra cost/time.
What if there's a problem with my order?
We're committed to quality, but if your item arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you expected, reach out within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll work to resolve it—replacements or refunds on a case-by-case basis. Note: Made-to-order custom prints are final sale unless there's a manufacturing issue.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! International shipping is available to most countries. Delivery times vary (typically 7–21+ days), and you're responsible for any customs duties, taxes, VAT, or import fees in your country. We use reliable carriers and provide tracking.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also check your order status by logging into your Shopify account or contacting us.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Since items are made to order, we start production quickly—cancellations or changes are possible only within the first 24 hours of ordering. After that, it's in production and can't be altered. Contact us ASAP if needed!

At PrintDrip, every item is made to order with care in our Rupert ID workshop. This means your pieces are freshly printed just for you—thanks for your patience while we bring your order to life!
Processing Time
All orders take 2–4 business days for printing, quality checks, and packaging.
(This does not include weekends or holidays.)

United States: 3–7 business days after shipment (via USPS, UPS, or similar carriers).
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and size. We aim to keep rates fair and transparent.
International: Available to most countries—times vary (typically 7–21+ business days). International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, import fees, and any additional charges from your local authorities.
Order Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Track it directly through the carrier's site or contact us for help.
Important Notes
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout—we're not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses.
Made-to-order items can't be rushed at this time, but we prioritize speed and quality.
